Thank you for staying at our lake house! Completing the items below before leaving helps us prepare for our next guests. We hope you loved your stay and would like to come back again. Please book directly through this website for your next visit!

• Leave all linens on the beds.

• Start a load of all towels in the laundry room.

• Return all furniture to its original location.

• Return all items to the boathouse and lock it.

• Set the hot tub temperature to 99°F.

• Turn off the jets and securely replace the hot tub cover.

• Remove all personal belongings from the hot tub area.

• Please email us if the hot tub water appears cloudy, has an unusual odor, or the hot tub is not operating properly.

• Put the outside chair cushions from the deck back into the outdoor plastic boxes.

• Return the keys and garage door opener to the hook by the garage.

• Put all dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Place the detergent pod directly inside the dishwasher—not in the detergent compartment.

• Trash: Take all trash to the local dump at 2967 Fairview Church Road, Huddleston. Disposal is free.
  Pro Tip: The dump accepts separated recycling free of charge. Please separate glass, aluminum cans, plastic, and cardboard into individual bags. You may use the four colored bins mounted on the garage wall to sort recycling before departure.

• Set the thermostat to 74°F in the summer and 70°F in the winter.

• Turn off all lights and close all windows.

• Lock all doors when leaving.
