When you arrive, please pull into the circular gravel driveway located on the left at the end of the street, just before the cul-de-sac.

You’ll know you’re in the right place by the brown wood siding and stone facade of the home.

Head up to the front porch, where you’ll find a Yale smart lock on the front door.

To unlock:

• Enter the last four digits of the phone number used for your booking

• Then press the check (✓) button

If you’d like to park in the garage, you’ll find the garage door opener hanging on a hook near the laundry area (just inside the garage).

An EV charger is also available for your use in the garage.

The boathouse lock code is 1335.

You’re welcome to use anything inside as well as the following during your stay:

• Kayaks

• Stand-up paddleboard (SUP)

• Canoe

Please note:

• The boat is not for guest use

• If you bring your own boat, you’re welcome to tie it up to the floating dock

We just ask that you:

• Return all items after use

• Secure everything so it doesn’t blow or float away

For outdoor lounging:

• Cushions for dock furniture are stored in boxes at the top of the dock

• Please return them after use and secure the boxes with the weights

• There is no lifeguard on duty

• Please supervise children at all times near the water and dock

• The dock and surrounding areas can be slippery when wet

We’ve stocked the home with a few things to help you enjoy your time together:

• Kids toys: Basement near the bathroom

• Board games: Near the TV in the basement

• High chairs: Living room closet (to the left as you walk in)

• Extra bedding: Also in that closet

In the upstairs living room, you’ll find speakers you can connect to—perfect for music during your stay. Make sure you are on our WiFi to easily connect with Spotify.

Coffee maker: Drip coffee machine

Grill: Available for your use.

Grill safety:

• Please do not place the grill next to the wood siding of the house

• There are two propane tanks available

• If a tank runs empty, please let us know so we can replace it

The laundry area is located just inside the garage

Trash pickup is 5pm on Wednesdays by a concierge service that takes the bins to the curb and will return at 5pm on Thursday.

If you see trash in the outdoor bin upon arrival, it may be from the prior stay—the home itself has been fully cleaned

To ensure pickup, Please place trash in the bin by 5pm on Wednesday.

If you have excess trash at checkout, you can take it to:

• Mitchell’s Point – Quick boat ride, great food, live music. Be sure to stop by Captain Scoops for Ice cream after dinner before a sunset boat ride home.

• Alessandro’s Pizza – Great, easy meal option a short drive away

• White House Corner Store – Perfect for quick groceries, snacks, or bait

• Food Lion (Moneta Road) – Closest full grocery store (~20 minutes)

• Bridgewater – Lots of shops, an arcade, coffeeshop, multiple restaurants, mini-golf. Always a fun family outing!
